Our Client is a highly successful and dynamic software company that employ over 350 people worldwide, developing, marketing, selling and supporting an industry leading back office solution. Due to their recent acquisition by a leading global financial institution and the wealth of opportunities this acquisition provides, we are now looking to identify a graduate developer to work within the product development department. Currently this team comprises of over 50 development staff, each of which has graduated to BSc Honours level and has extensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle. The development department is split into App Development, Engine Development, Mainframe, Technology and the Quality assurance team where graduates start their career within the business. As a member of this team you will receive in-depth training in all aspects of the product development including the systems, processes used by the client along with the architecture of the software. This company genuinely have a unique company culture; they encourage everyone to play an active part in the growth of the business by challenging the way they do things and putting forward new ideas and suggestions. You will need to be educated to 2.1 or above (preferably a course in computer science) with ‘A` level grades equal to or better than 24 UCAS points.
